Appointments

Appointment availability is shown based on the information available at the time of booking. When booking online, you agree to provide accurate name, email address, phone number, service selection, date, and time information. City Spa may contact you if appointment details need to be confirmed or adjusted.

Cancellations and Schedule Changes

You may cancel through the cancellation link in your confirmation email or by contacting City Spa directly. City Spa may cancel, decline, or reschedule an appointment when needed because of scheduling conflicts, incomplete information, unsafe behavior, suspected abuse, or other operational reasons.

Prices and Payment

Service prices are listed on the website and may change from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due in person at City Spa after your session.

SMS Terms

City Spa may send appointment-related text messages for booking operations. For the owner appointment alert campaign, messages are sent only to the City Spa owner/operator phone number configured in the business messaging account when a customer books an appointment online. Public website visitors do not receive SMS messages from that owner alert campaign.

Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of supported text messages or HELP for help, where those keyword features are available through our messaging provider. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services from City Spa.

Wellness Services

City Spa provides massage and spa wellness services. Services are not medical treatment, medical advice, diagnosis, or a replacement for care from a licensed medical professional. Please consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns and tell City Spa about relevant conditions before your session.

Right to Refuse Service

City Spa may refuse or discontinue service for inappropriate conduct, harassment, unsafe behavior, false booking information, repeated no-shows, suspected abuse of the booking system, or violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability
